Okay so 11ty can do some neat stuff but I have to do everything else. I reminded myself that Quarto - what I use for the radio blog - has a lot of nice things out of the box, and perhaps I should focus my efforts on that instead. I can replicate some of the 11ty niceness with my own helper scripts. Like I want to build a gallery of outings from photo ls but without having to write any text. 11ty can do that automatically but I could just make a script that reads the img file names and makes the markdown with a gallery for quarto. Maybe I’ll try and make a few things I wanted to do and see how it goes.

When I started looking at css libraries I just couldn’t be bothered. My quarto site is bootstrap so maybe just using that (or equivalent) would save a lot of time…

Or just play this crazy silly game called Megabonk instead.
